HIGH BANK TO PLANT ONE TREE FOR EVERY WHISKEY BOTTLE SOLD IN APRIL FOR THE SECOND YEAR IN A ROW
COLUMBUS, OH — High Bank Distillery will plant one tree for every High Bank whiskey bottle purchased, by teaming up with One Tree Planted throughout April.
One Tree Planted is a non-profit organization that works towards reforestation efforts around the world. Every dollar donated means one tree planted. We are committed to offsetting our own carbon footprint, and trees help in doing this in addition to playing a vital role in cleaning the air we breathe, releasing oxygen, creating biodiversity, helping cool the planet, and so much more. Since One Tree Planted’s foundation in 2014, 15 million trees have been planted.
Last year we teamed up with One Tree Planted in support of Earth Month. Last April, 1,575 trees were planted by our donations. We hope to crush our record this year.
We want our customer’s dollars to not end at the point of sale but to continue to help make the world a better place. We partner with 1% For The Planet throughout the year, donating 1% of our yearly revenue to environmental non-profits around the world. Through 1%, we decided to support One Tree Planted as our national non-profit.”
