Two of Ohio’s local beverage brands, High Bank Co. and Simple Times Mixers, teamed up to create the (OH)Fashioned — a handcrafted Old Fashioned syrup, perfect for your at home cocktails.
This new collaboration blends High Bank’s passion for award-winning spirits with Simple Times’ dedication to high-quality, natural ingredients. The result? A rich, balanced syrup that simplifies the art of the classic Old Fashioned while celebrating Ohio’s local flavor.
Crafted with demerara sugar, Ohio honey, orange peel, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, gentian Root, all natural citric acid and angelica root, the (OH)Fashioned delivers a warm, spiced depth that complements whiskey perfectly—especially High Bank’s signature spirits.
“We’ve always admired the way Simple Times approaches flavor and craftsmanship,” said Adam Hines, Co-Founder and Master Distiller at High Bank. “Partnering with them to create OH Fashioned was a natural fit. It’s a cocktail syrup rooted in tradition, made for modern drinkers, and proudly born in Ohio.”
Each bottle makes 32 cocktails. To use, just add 0.25 oz of (OH)Fashioned Syrup to 2 oz of your chosen spirit. This new product falls under High Bank’s HBD Cocktail Co. line, along with its ready-to-drink Whiskey War Old Fashioned and Midnight Manhattan.
(OH)Fashioned is now available for purchase at High Bank’s retail locations in Grandview, Gahanna and Westerville.
