PINEAPPLE MOSCOW MULE

1.5 ounces High Bank Vodka
1 ounce Lime Juice
1 ounce Pineapple Juice
3 ounces Ginger Beer
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Mint Sprig
1 Pineapple Slice

Combine vodka with the lime and pineapple juices in a cocktail shaker and shake to chill and combine ingredients. Strain into copper mule mug filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and stir to mix ingredients. Add 3 dashes of angostura bitters and garnish with a mint sprig and pineapple slice.


ROSE & POM

1.5 ounces High Bank Vodka
1/2 Lemon, Juiced
1 ounce Pomegranate Juice
1 teaspoon of Agave Nectar
1 dash of Rose Water

Combine vodka, lemon juice, pomegranate juice, agave nectar, rose water, and ice. Shake mixture. Strain into a coupe.


BERRY LEMONADE

2 ounces High Bank Vodka
Seasonal Berries
Lemonade

Muddle berries with vodka, add ice, top with lemonade and enjoy.

WHISKEY OLD FASHIONED

2 ounces Whiskey War
1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Orange peel, for garnish

Combine whiskey, simple syrup, and Angostura bitters in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir for 10 to 15 seconds. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass over one large ice cube, or cubed ice. Pare an orange peel and express the oils from the back of the peel over the old fashioned. Rub the peel around the rim of the glass and drop the peel into the glass.


BOULEVARDIER

1.5 ounces Whiskey War
3/4 ounce Bitter Capari
3/4 ounce Sweet Vermouth

Combine whiskey, Bitter Campari and sweet vermouth with ice. Stir for 30 seconds. Strain over large ice cube, garnish with orange peel and enjoy. For a twist on the classic Boulevardier, try Cynar artichoke liqueur instead of Bitter Campari.


CLASSIC MANHATTAN

2 ounces Whiskey War
1 ounce Sweet Vermouth
3 dashes angostura bitters
2-3 cocktail cherries
A few drops of syrup from the cocktail cherries (optional)

Combine whiskey, sweet vermouth, bitters and cherry syrup (if using) with ice. Stir for 90 seconds. Strain into glass, garnish with cherries and enjoy.

THE BEE'S KNEES

2 ounces Statehouse Gin
3/4 ounce Honey Syrup
3/4 ounce Lemon Juice

Combine ingredients and shake vigorously with ice, strain and enjoy. Garnish with a twist of lemon.


AVIATION

1/2 ounce Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
1/4 ounce Creme de Violette liqueur
1 1/2 ounces Statehouse Gin
1/2 ounce Lemon juice
Cherry

Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and enjoy.


BASIL SMASH

2 ounces Statehouse Gin
1 bunch basil leaves (if in doubt as to how much, go heavy on the basil)
1 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 ounce Simple Syrup

Combine basil and lemon into a cocktail shaker. Gently muddle the lemon and basil “smashing” the ingredients. Add simple syrup and gin and top up with ice. Shake vigorously. Double strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with basil leaves and enjoy.
